Mandya: Kaveri Aarti will be held at KRS Brindavan from October 16 to 21 as part of the Srirangapatna Dasara celebrations, Karnataka’s Department of Information and Public Relations announced.
The department invited residents, tourists and devotees to attend the six-day programme, describing it as a devotional tribute to the river and a celebration of the state’s culture.
The official notice says the programme, earlier scheduled for October 11–16, will now take place from October 16–21. Religious rituals and cultural programmes will accompany the Aarti each day.
