Bengaluru accounts for 22,284 new Covid cases & 5 deaths
BENGALURU:
On Saturday, a total of 32,793 fresh Covid-19 cases were reported in Karnataka, of which 22,284 cases were reported in Bengaluru alone.
This takes the state’s positivity rate to 15%, tweeted Karnataka’s Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr K Sudhakar.

7 Covid deaths statewide
In the last 24 hours, 7 people have died due to Covid in the state while Bengaluru has reported five of these fatalities.
Karnataka also reported 4,273 discharges on Saturday, taking the state’s active cases count to 1,69,850.
