Karnataka Minister D. Sudhakar Passes Away at 62 in Bengaluru Hospital
Chitradurga/Bengaluru: Karnataka Planning and Statistics Minister and Chitradurga District In-charge Minister D. Sudhakar passed away in the early hours of Friday at a private hospital in Bengaluru. He was 62.
According to sources, the senior Congress leader had been undergoing treatment for a lung infection and breathed his last after failing to respond to medical treatment.

D. Sudhakar was initially admitted to a hospital in Yeshwanthpur for a knee-related surgery. During treatment, he reportedly developed a severe lung infection, following which he was shifted to KIMS Hospital in Electronic City for advanced treatment.
Despite continuous treatment by a team of specialist doctors, his condition did not improve.
The news of his demise has sent shockwaves across Karnataka political circles, particularly in Chitradurga district, where he served as the district in-charge minister and senior political leader.
