Karnataka IAS officer Munish Moudgil gets National Award for e-Governance 2020-21

Moudgil, who stewards Karnataka Covid war room, felicitated at Hyderabad e-governance meet

BENGALURU:

Karnataka’s 1998 cadre IAS officer and state Covid-19 war room head Munish Moudgil has been awarded the National Award for e-Governance 2020-21.

On Friday, Moudgil was felicitated during the 24th National Conference on e-Governance held in Hyderabad, Telangana.

“I am directed to inform that the project, ‘Karnataka State Covid-19 War Room’, has been selected to be awarded the ‘Jury’ under Category 6 — ‘Use of ICT in the Management of Covid-19’ — of the award scheme of the National Awards for e-Governance 2020-21 during the 24th National Conference on e-Governance scheduled to be held in Hyderabad, Telangana,” reads a note by the Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances.

A note of appreciation has been issued to Moudgil.
