Judicial Whistleblower: Judge Uncovers Fake Marks, Employee Accused of Falsifying Marks Can’t Even Read English, Kannada, or Hindi

Date:

KOPPAL: A shocking case has emerged in which a court employee, Prabhu Lokare, who allegedly falsified his SSLC marks, was unable to read Kannada, Hindi, or English. Despite this, he managed to secure a job as a peon at the Yadgir court. The situation took a legal turn when a judge, upon examining Lokare’s marks card, raised suspicions about the authenticity of his SSLC marks and ordered a case to be filed against him.

Lokare claimed to have taken the SSLC exam as an external candidate at an examination center in Bagalkot, where he allegedly scored an impressive 623 out of 625 marks. However, the judge’s scrutiny revealed that Lokare lacked the basic reading skills required at the SSLC level in Kannada, Hindi, and English. The judge expressed concern that deserving candidates may have been overlooked in favor of Lokare’s fraudulent actions.

Following the judge’s directive, the Koppal police have initiated an investigation into the matter and registered a case against Lokare. This incident serves as a reminder of the importance of integrity and meritocracy in the recruitment process, ensuring that deserving candidates are not unfairly disadvantaged by fraudulent practices.
