BENGALURU:
In a relief of sorts for the state administration, which has to contend with 5 Covid-19 positive cases in Karnataka, another suspect who had returned from Dubai to Mangalore a few days ago has tested negative.
Mangalore deputy commissioner Sindhu B Rupesh said on Thursday that the 35-year-old man’s tests have not shown any sign of the corona virus or H1N1.
He had ‘escaped’ from the hospital against medical advice a few days ago. According to sources, he has been discharged from the Bantwal hospital and advised to home-quarantine himself for the next 14 days.
