Date:

BENGALURU: The Hebbal flyover, which sees heavy traffic through the day, will be closed for three hours every day for the next five days from May 17 to 21 for construction of an additional ramp from KR Pura side towards Mehkri Circle.

The flyover will be closed from 12 am to 3 am for five days and traffic will not be allowed from Esteem Mall towards Mehkri Circle. The work involves seven steel girders running a length of 33.5 metres above the railway tracks.

Traffic coming from the Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) and heading towards Mehkri Circle will have to take the service road near Esteem Mall and proceed left to the Outer Ring Road, take right towards Tumakuru, take left again at Kuvempu Curcle to enter New BEL Road and reach Mehkri Circle, according to a press release.
