Sleuths seize Rs 28 lakh & cash counting machine
BENGALURU:
The CCB police have arrested a ‘havala’ trader and recovered Rs 28 lakh in cash, two mobiles and a cash counting machine.
The accused has been identified as Pankaj Patel (47). According to information obtained by the CCB’s Special Investigation sleuths, the accused, staying at Building No 3, 21st Cross, Cubbon Pete Main Road in the Ulsoor Gate police limits, was transferring money to other persons without paying taxes to the government.
