Ex-minister Hebbar’s car hits Karnataka CM’s escort vehicle
Accident occurred in Hubballi when Hebbar’s driver lost control of his car
HUBBALLI:
A car belonging to former minister Shivaram Hebbar hit Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai’s escort car here on Thursday morning when Hebbar’s driver lost control of the vehicle.
Hebbar was not in his car and was travelling with Bommai in the CM’s official car.
CM on flood tour
The accident was reported just outside Hubballi Airport, soon after Bommai had arrived from Bengaluru.
Bommai was in Hubballi on his way to Karwar to visit flood-affected areas.
