A group of around 100 senior figures from Syria’s Druze community is set to visit the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights on Friday, highlighting Israel’s continued backing of this minority group. Community members revealed the delegates plan to meet with Sheikh Mowafaq Tarif, the Druze community’s spiritual leader in Israel.
