Dexter Scott King, the younger son of the late civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King, died on Monday of prostate cancer, the King Center in Atlanta announced. His wife, Leah Weber King, said he died in his sleep at his Malibu, California, home. He was 62.
