BENGALURU:
A 13-year-old boy, son of the 75-year-old resident of Sira taluk in Tumkur district who died from Covid-19, has tested positive and is Karnataka’s patient #84.
Tumkur district deputy commissioner Rakesh Kumar confirmed the fact and the boy has been shifted to Bengaluru’s Rajiv Gandhi Hospital.

The boy’s father was patient #60 in the state. According to Rakesh Kumar, more than 11 primary contacts of the deceased were examined and their tests came negative.
