Shashank Anand, the newly appointed Inspector General of the BSF’s Jammu frontier, met with Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday to discuss critical border security issues, as confirmed by a spokesman. Anand, an IPS officer from Haryana, assumed this role on February 7, succeeding D K Boora, who had been serving since October 2021.
