BJP Retains B.L. Santhosh as National General Secretary (Organisation) in Nitin Nabin’s New National Team
New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party has retained B.L. Santhosh as its National General Secretary (Organisation) as part of the party’s newly announced national team under BJP National President Nitin Nabin.
According to the list of appointments issued by the BJP central office, Santhosh, from Delhi (originated from Karnataka), will continue as National General Secretary (Organisation). Shivprakash of Mumbai and Saudan Singh of Chandigarh have been appointed National Joint General Secretaries (Organisation).
The appointments, which came into effect immediately, also include 13 National Vice Presidents, eight National General Secretaries and 16 National Secretaries. Tarun Chugh of Punjab has been named National Office In-charge, while Mahendra Pandey of Uttarakhand has been appointed National Office Secretary.
The party has appointed Kavita Patidar of Madhya Pradesh, K. Surendran of Kerala, Bhola Singh of Uttar Pradesh, Pradeep Verma of Jharkhand, Jaydish Ishwarbhai Patel of Gujarat, Sandeep Pathak of Delhi, Phangnon Konyak of Nagaland, Sangeeta Yadav of Uttar Pradesh, Anil Antony of Kerala, M. Venkatesan of Tamil Nadu, Manoj Tigga of West Bengal, Siddharth Shambhu of Bihar, Swadesh Singh of Delhi, Mugaaka Dev Varma of Assam, Rohan Gupta of Gujarat and Jay Prakash of Delhi as National Secretaries.
Piyush Goyal of Maharashtra has been appointed National Treasurer, while Rajesh Mangal of Rajasthan has been named National Joint Treasurer. Rajeev Babbar of Delhi has been appointed North-East Coordinator. Vishnu Dutt Sharma of Madhya Pradesh has been named Cell Coordinator, with Rituraj Sinha of Bihar and Vishnu Vardhan Reddy of Andhra Pradesh as Joint Cell Coordinators.
Congratulating the newly appointed national office-bearers in a post on X, Nitin Nabin said the team, combining experience and energy, would give fresh momentum to the organisation under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s guidance.
He expressed confidence that the members would work with the spirit of party workers to further strengthen the organisation and advance the goals of ‘Viksit Bharat’ and national service.
