CCC at Kempegowda Community Hall also has oxygen concentrators and triaging facility

A Covid Care Centre (CCC) with 46 oxygenated beds at Kempegowda Community Hall near Nandini Layout in the Mahalakshmi Layout assembly constituency was inaugurated by Union Minister Sadananda Gowda and Excise Minister K Gopalaiah on Saturday. Apart from the oxygen beds, the CCC also has oxygen concentrators and a triaging facility where Covid-19 patients can walk in and get assessed for treatment.
Sadananda Gowda said all necessary measures are being taken to contain the spread of the virus in the Mahalakshmi assembly constituency. Three mobile oxygen vans have been making the rounds from house to house to provide oxygen to patients in critical need, he said.
BBMP Chief Commissioner Gaurav Gupta, Zonal Commissioner Basavaraju, Zonal Coordinator Ujwal Ghosh and Zonal Joint Commissioner Shivaswamy were among those present.
