President S. Raghunath announced the launch of a ₹100 crore Brahmin welfare corpus, aimed at supporting education and healthcare within the community. He said ₹52 lakh has already been collected and appealed to affluent Brahmins to contribute. “Every executive committee member should enrol at least one new member daily,” he urged, stressing that widespread membership is key to strengthening the Mahasabha.

Vice President M. Narasimhan reaffirmed the dream of late B.N.V. Subrahmanya to build the Suvarna Bhavana, and emphasized enrolling 12 lakh members into the Mahasabha.

Treasurer Subbanarasimha urged unity across Brahmin sub-sects during the caste census. “Let all Shaivas, Madhwas, and Sri Vaishnavas register as Brahmins. We are one community,” he said, encouraging contributions to the welfare corpus from all.

Former corporators Somasekhar and Jayaram, and district representatives S.S. Prasad, Nagesh, and Dileep Kumar were also present.
