Starting May 23, 5-day pass offers unlimited travel for Metro users in Bengaluru
BENGALURU:
Further to the introduction of single-day and 3-day passes with effect from April 2, BMRCL has introduced a 5-day pass with effect from May 23.
“The 5-day pass is priced at Rs 550 plus a refundable deposit of Rs 50 towards the smart card. The card can be purchased at any Metro station,” BMRCL said in a press release.
Commuters can travel an unlimited number of times from any station to any station for 5 days from the date of issue of the pass.
The Rs 50 refund can be claimed by surrendering the Smart Card in good condition at any Metro station’s Customer Care Centre within the validity period of the pass, the release reads.
