Held on June 14th and 15th in celebration of World Yoga Day, the event transformed the urban landscape into a serene oasis, seamlessly fusing mindful movement with the sophisticated ambiance UB City is known for.
Under the clear blue skies of UB City’s stunning outdoor courtyard, participants immersed themselves in a carefully curated program of rejuvenating wellness experiences.
From the ancient practice of Sati Panya Pranayama and the energetic flow of Kundalini Yoga to the innovative techniques of Kundalini Bodywork and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), the weekend offered something for every wellness enthusiast.
Participants also enjoyed invigorating Vinyasa Yoga Quantum Flow sessions, deeply relaxing Sound Baths, and engaging wellness games complete with coveted prizes.
Day one commenced with a deeply meditative session led by the renowned wellness coach Avrril Quadros, guiding attendees through the transformative power of Kundalini Yoga.
Day two saw the dynamic duo of Iti Jain, founder of Satori Studio, and Prarthana Makhija, founder of Studio46, energizing the space with their signature blend of healing and movement-based practices.
