Actor Rakshak Booked in Hennur Bike-Car Accident, Youth Suffers Leg Fracture, FIR Filed Against Bigg Boss Fame
Bengaluru: Kannada actor Rakshak Bullet, son of the late Bullet Prakash and a former Bigg Boss Kannada contestant, has been named in an FIR following a road accident in which a youth suffered a fractured leg. The incident occurred on Thursday afternoon in the Hennur traffic police limits.
The victim, Venugopal, was riding a bike along with his female friend Anusha from Thanisandra towards Dasarahalli via Manyata Tech Park Road when the accident took place. A car allegedly driven by Rakshak Bullet collided head-on with their bike, police said.
The impact of the collision was severe enough to cause a fracture in the victim’s left leg. Following the crash, the injured youth was shifted in a taxi to a private hospital near Hebbal for treatment.
Venugopal, a native of Sidlaghatta, was working in Bengaluru at the time of the accident. Based on a formal complaint filed by Anusha, an FIR has been registered against Rakshak at the Hennur Traffic Police Station.
Police have initiated a probe into the incident and are investigating the circumstances that led to the collision. Further updates are awaited.
