Dr. Ghulam Sibtain Masoodi, a distinguished figure and father-in-law of the Hurriyat Conference chairman, passed away at the age of 80 following a long illness. His passing was confirmed by a statement from Mirwaiz Umar Farooq’s office on Thursday.
