Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio on Thursday proposed that an assembly resolution be adopted against the Centre’s decision to reduce the area of Free Movement Regime (FMR) along the India-Myanmar border and reimpose Protected Area Regime (PAR) in the state.
