A Hong Kong court has handed down prison sentences, up to three years, to former lawmaker Lam Cheuk-ting and six men following their involvement in a 2019 riot during the widespread pro-democracy protests. Though attacked, Lam and his group were accused of inciting violence that exacerbated tensions.
