Delhi BJP spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor has leveled serious allegations against Mayor Mahesh Khichi, accusing him of misusing funds allocated for Children’s Day celebrations. Kapoor claims these funds were instead diverted to organizing Basant Utsav.
