BENGALURU:
The case of two asymptomatic patients in Bengaluru who tested positive after they died on June 25 could cause a rethink in the government of its new policy of home treatment for asymptomatic cases.
Of the two asymptomatic cases, an 84-year-old with a history of hypertension was admitted on June 23 while a 29-year-old youth with hepatitis-B was admitted on June 15.
Swab tests conducted on both after their deaths on June 25 came positive on Saturday.
