Security Breach During Republic Day; Protester Displays Poster in Front of CM and Governor
BENGALURU:
A serious security breach occurred during the Republic Day celebrations at ManekShaw Parade ground in Bengaluru. An individual managed to bypass security measures and boldly approached the Governor and the CM, displaying a poster.
Governor ThaawarChand Gehlot and CM Siddaramaiah were both present at the event. As the flag was being hoisted, an individual emerged from the crowd, clutching a pamphlet, and performed a demonstration in front of the stage. Promptly, the police apprehended the individual.
The man, who tearfully evaded the security guards, remains a mystery as to his motives. The police are currently interrogating the suspect at Cubbon Park Police Station.
