BENGALURU : A 7-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a man who lured her with panipuri and raped her. The incident took place under the jurisdiction of Ashok Nagar police station.
The victim’s mother is speech impaired and she and her daughter were begging near a prestigious mall. A 54-year-old man approached them, took the girl under an excavator which was parked on Magrath Road and allegedly raped the girl.
The child was bleeding and was referred to the hospital for treatment. The Ashok Nagar police have arrested the accused.
