Two fresh COVID-19 Positive Reported in Karnataka

BENGALURU:

In a late night development Karnataka has reported another 2 COVID-19 positive cases which includes 20-year-old female who had returned from UK.

The UK returned girl is said to be reported from Bengaluru and is currently home quarantined while another case is from the Kalaburagi district who is said to be 60-year-old male and a relative of a deceased COVID-19 victim.

Medical education minister Dr K Sudhakar confirmed this to thebengalurulive however he said that the more information will be revealed on Tuesday.

He tweeted: “Regret to confirm two more cases of COVID-19 in Karnataka. Two persons, one in Kalburgi and another in Bengaluru tested positive. Both patients are quarantined and treated at isolation facilities. Details will follow.”

With this two fresh cases reported, Karnataka has now 10 positive cases out of which 1 death is reported on March 10.
