A Russian drone carrying a high-explosive warhead struck the protective containment shell of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed on Friday. Despite the impact, both Zelenskyy and the UN atomic agency reported no increase in radiation levels.
