In response to inquiries regarding his name being linked to D.K. Suresh and Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in connection with the National Herald case, Shivakumar stated, "The National Herald is a newspaper operated by our party. Both Suresh and I contributed 25 lakhs to support it, and we also made donations from our trust."
