“Supreme Court has done great balancing job”, says petitioner on judgement of no additional restrictions to public functionaries

Advocate Kaleeswaram Raj said that the Supreme Court has done a great balancing job in the judgement of no additional restrictions, other than those prescribed under Article 19(2) of the Constitution, can be imposed on a citizen under the right to freedom of speech and expression. The Advocate, who is the petitioner also welcomed the judgement of the Constitution Bench delivered on Tuesday.
