BENGALURU:
The Managing Director of BMTC, G Sathyavathi, has been abruptly transferred, effective immediately. Ramachandran R has been swiftly appointed as the new Managing Director of BMTC, assuming the role immediately and until further notice.
It is worth noting that G. Sathyavathi’s new position has not been disclosed. Presently, Ramachandran R, who currently serves as the Special Commissioner of the Greater Bangalore Municipal Corporation (Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike — BBMP), has taken over the responsibilities of the post. Furthermore, he has been entrusted with the additional role of BMTC MD.
