Rajneesh Goel has been appointed as the new Chief Secretary of the State, as confirmed by an order issued by the Under Secretary of the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms.
Rajneesh Goel, a distinguished IAS officer from the 1986 batch, currently holds the position of Additional Chief Secretary in the Home Department and Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister. He has been chosen to succeed Chief Secretary Vandita Sharma, who is set to retire on November 30.
This appointment marks a significant milestone in Rajneesh Goel’s illustrious career, as he takes on the responsibility of leading the State Government’s administrative affairs.
