BENGALURU:
Hoskote MLA Sharath Bachegowda, who was infected with the coronavirus, has recovered. Both he and his wife, who was also infected, tested negative on Saturday.
The MLA’s Facebook post says:”My wife and I have been completely healed from corona infection. Today the corona test result has come negative. We and our family will always be grateful for all your blessings to get healed soon.”
He goes on: “It is not right to target Covid patients and look at them like criminals. It is a war, let all of us fight together against this epidemic with courage.”
The post adds: “It is our responsibility to be in quarantine and follow government regulations. Maintain social distancing and never forget to wear a mask while stepping out.”
