BENGALURU: Renowned director AT Raghu, famous for his work on the film Mandya Gandu, has sadly passed away after battling illness. The Sandalwood director breathed his last around 9:20 pm on Thursday, leaving behind his wife and daughter. His mortal remains are currently at Mathahalli in RT Nagar, with the last rites scheduled to take place at the Hebbal Crematorium this afternoon.
AT Raghu was a prominent figure in the Kannada film industry, celebrated for his contributions as a writer and director. He was known for his action-packed films and had an impressive filmography of 55 movies, including the beloved Mandya Gandu. Notably, he directed 27 films featuring the iconic rebel star Ambareesh.
