The Kerala Assembly witnessed fiery exchanges on Tuesday as the Congress-led UDF accused the state government of stalling the rehabilitation of Wayanad landslide victims. In response, State Revenue Minister K Rajan pointed fingers at the central government for its delay in recognizing the landslides as a severe disaster.
