With Karnataka likely to face a spike in Covid-19 cases in June and July, Health Minister B Sriramulu said plans are afoot to open hospitals in all the districts.
Speaking to reporters on Sunday, Sriramulu said the government was thinking of setting up ‘open hospitals’ at playgrounds and stadiums to treat Covid-19 cases.
The minister added that a decision on wage parity of Ayush doctors with MBBS doctors would be taken on Tuesday.
