Woman had returned from Dubai on March 9
BENGALURU:
Karnataka’s Covid-19 positive count has gone up to 11, with the addition of a 67-year-old woman who is a resident of Bengaluru. She had returned from Dubai via Goa on March 9.
The patient has a history of chronic kidney disease (CKD). She has been in strict home quarantine since coming to Bangalore. On Monday, March 16, she was admitted to the designated isolation hospital. 21 high-risk contacts of the patient, including 5 family
members, have been identified and are under strict home quarantine.
Medical Education Minister Dr K Sudhakar said more details would be shared on Wednesday.
