Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru (KIAL or BIAL Airport) continues to be in pole position in terms of service excellence, retaining the Airports Council International’s Airport Service Quality Awards (ASQ) 2019 for both arrivals and departures for the second consecutive year. The awards mark an incredible achievement for KIAL Airport as it continues to be the only airport in the world to win awards for both departures and arrivals.

Speaking to the media, Hari Marar, MD & CEO, Bangalore International Airport Limited, said, “The ACI ASQ Awards reaffirm our commitment to providing an excellent passenger experience at the Bengaluru Airport.
