The Rouse Avenue Court has convicted former Congress MP Sajjan Kumar on charges of rioting, murder, and other offences connected to the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. The court determined that Kumar played a key role in inciting a mob that resulted in the deaths of Jaswant Singh and his son in Delhi’s Saraswati Vihar area.
