BENGALURU:
The gods were roped in to take on Covid-19 with Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa’s political secretary MP Renukacharya organising a ‘Mrityunjaya Homa’ on Monday.
The Wodeyar Channamallikarjuna Shivacharya Swamiji performed the ‘homa’ in the premises of Hirekal math in Honnali town in Davanagere district.
The prayers were also meant to mark Narendra Modi’s completion of 6 years as PM, and Yediyurappa’s completion of one year as CM.
