Bengaluru: Brigade Group has launched its new premium residential project ‘Brigade Belvedere’ in East Bengaluru, with an estimated revenue potential of over ₹1,100 crore.

Spread across 10.75 acres on Budigere Main Road, off Old Madras Road, the project’s initial phase includes two towers out of a total of five planned towers, offering 773 premium residential units.

The development features 1, 2, and 3 BHK homes ranging from 715 sq. ft. to over 2,013 sq. ft., catering to the growing demand for high-quality housing near major IT corridors and commercial hubs in the city.

Commenting on the launch, Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, said the project will set new benchmarks for urban living in East Bengaluru. She highlighted that the Budigere and Old Madras Road micro-markets are witnessing rapid growth due to improved infrastructure and connectivity.

She further added that Brigade remains committed to developing climate-resilient, technologically advanced homes and aims to achieve net-zero carbon status across its projects by 2045, with Brigade Belvedere being part of this larger vision.

Strategically located, the project offers excellent connectivity to corporate offices, hotels, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities. It is also close to major retail hubs and shopping destinations such as Orion Uptown, enhancing the overall lifestyle experience for residents.

The residences are designed to maximise natural light and ventilation, with spacious decks providing a private outdoor space for families.

Lifestyle amenities include a 24,000 sq. ft. grand clubhouse along with an additional 6,000 sq. ft. of facilities, offering a wide range of fitness, leisure, and community engagement options.

With this launch, Brigade Group continues to expand its footprint in East Bengaluru’s fast-growing residential market while focusing on sustainability and modern urban living.
