NEW DELHI/BENGALURU:
D.V. Sadananda Gowda expressed his disappointment as he was unable to meet with the BJP senior leaders during his recent visit to New Delhi. The reason of party leders not meeting him remains unclear.
After waiting for two days, Gowda has returned to Bengaluru feeling disheartened.
Gowda had written a letter to BJP National President JP Nadda, highlighting the problems within the state BJP and expressing his concerns about the BJP-JDS alliance in the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Upon reading the letter, JP Nadda instructed him to come to Delhi for a meeting and discussion.
He arrived in Delhi on Wednesday, expecting to meet with various leaders, including JP Nadda, as per the call he had received. However, due to the ongoing elections in five states, the leaders were unable to allocate time for the visit.
