Actor Sridhar Nayak passes away at 47

BENGALURU: Popular Kannada television and film actor Sridhar Nayak passed away on May 26 at the age of 47. The actor had been suffering from a long-term illness.

Originally from Bhatkal, Sridhar Naik was living in a rented house in Hosakerehalli. He was known for his roles in serials like ‘Paru’ and ‘Vadhu’, and had also acted in the film ‘Max’.

Recently, he had been seriously ill, and many had appealed for help to support him. His health condition had deteriorated significantly, and it was a shock for many who saw him. Unfortunately, Sridhar did not respond to treatment and passed away.

Public viewing of a deceased actor was arranged at Baptist Hospital in Bengaluru, and his family members performed the last rites on Tuesday afternoon.
