Taiwan’s foreign ministry said on Monday that Guatemalan President-elect Bernardo Arevalo is "clearly" the country’s president, after his inauguration was delayed without explanation. Guatemala is one of only 13 countries which maintain formal diplomatic relations with Taiwan, and Foreign Minister Joseph Wu is in the country for the inauguration.
