Kalaburagi:
After the first death in the country from Covid-19 in Kalaburagi, the state government has identified 56 primary contacts and 400 secondary contacts of the deceased, and they are being kept under home isolation.
A medical bulletin of the state health department said that in Kalaburagi city, community monitoring in a 3-km radius and another in the 5-km buffer zone are being done.
“All the family members of the 76-year-old deceased are being monitored closely. A total of 56 primary contacts and 400 secondary contacts have been identified. Seven members of the family are isolated at the district hospital, Kalaburagi,” a health official said.
