SHIVAMOGGA: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) reportedly issued a notice to a BJP worker from Thirthahalli, requesting his presence for an inquiry related to the Rameshwaram Cafe blast case.
The BJP worker in question, Sai Prasad, is known to work as a painter and also sells second-hand mobile phones. He has been in contact with two Muslim youths whose homes and mobile phone shop in Thirthahalli were recently raided by the NIA.
Sources indicate that Sai Prasad had recently completed painting work at the residence of one of the Muslim youths. It is likely that he will be called upon as a witness in the ongoing investigation.
