Ullal ex-MLA’s son BM Basha suspected of having ties with ISIS
BENGALURU:
National Investigation Agency (NIA) sleuths on Wednesday raided a former Congress MLA’s residence in a case of alleged links of his son BM Basha with the Syria-based ISIS terror organisation.
“Officials of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) raided the residence of the son of former Ullal MLA BM Idinabba in the early hours of Wednesday, August 4. The officials who arrived at dawn from Bengaluru began their investigation forthwith,” said an NIA official release.
Idinabba’s son, BM Basha, resides in the house with his family. The raid has been conducted on the basis of suspicion that the family has links with the Syria-based terror organization ISIS.
