A fire broke out near the Sangolli Rayanna railway station in Bengaluru on Saturday morning.
The fire accident happened in the Udyan Express train> The firemen reached the spot to douse the fire.
South Western Railway Chief Public Relations Officer Aneesh Hegde said that train number 11301 Udyan Express arrived at KSR Bangalore at platform number 3 at 05.45 hrs. At around 07.10 hours, smoke was seen in B1 and B2 coaches and fire brigade was immediately alerted. The fire brigade arrived at 7.35 am and extinguished the fire. The cause of the smoke is under investigation. He said that there was no injury/casualty to any of the passengers.
