Bengaluru, March 15: Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar offered prayers at the Madduramma Parvati Devi temple, expressing hopes that the goddess would alleviate everyone’s suffering and grant strength to all. He spoke to the media after attending the Madduramma Jatra Mahotsav in Huskur on Sunday.
“I came here at the invitation of MLA Shivanna. I was very pleased to witness the festival, where the entire community came together to celebrate with 17 beautifully decorated chariots. I pray that all devotees protect this sacred place,” he said, reflecting on the vibrant festivities.
