Courts in Karnataka to reopen on June 1

All courts in Karnataka, including the High Court, which have been hitherto shut due to fears of Covid-19, will resume functioning from June 1.

Chief Justice of the Karnataka High Court, Abhay S Oka said, “From June 1, all the state courts, including the High Court, have been instructed to resume.”

The CJ will speak to advocates at 5 pm on May 27 on the steps being taken to conduct hearings on a limited scale.
